Capital Structure

The company’s issued share capital consists of 1,113,883,601 Ordinary Shares of par value USD$0.01.  The company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

In so far as the company is aware, the percentage of the company’s issued share capital that is not in public hands is 21.87%.

The company is aware of the below shareholders who hold 3% or more of the company’s issued share capital.

As the company is not incorporated in the UK, the rights of the shareholders may be different from the shareholders in a UK incorporated company.

There are no restrictions on the transfer of AIM Securities.
